Tenant improvement
Office and retail buildouts on a GC schedule. We sequence around other trades and we show up when the schedule says we show up.

Warehouse and industrial
Epoxy, polished concrete, and glue-down LVT built for rolling loads. Forklift traffic and pallet jacks are a different spec than a living room.

Multifamily and property management
Unit turns on a deadline. Consistent product across a building so a repair in year three still matches.

Hospitality and retail
Carpet tile, LVT, and tile in spaces that have to look right and take heavy foot traffic without showing lanes.
For GCs
We work to the schedule
Flooring lands near the end of a buildout, which means it absorbs everybody else's delays and still gets asked to hit the original date. We plan for that. Tell us the real sequence and we will tell you whether the schedule works, before you write it into the contract.
Substrate moisture testing happens before mobilisation, not on day one, because a slab that fails a moisture test on install day costs a week.
For property managers
One spec across the building
The expensive part of unit turns is not the flooring, it is the mismatch. Three different products across forty units means every repair is a sourcing problem. We will help you standardise on one spec and keep attic stock so a patch in year three still matches.

Residential works differently
For homes we run the I-15 corridor, Logan to Nephi, including new construction flooring . Commercial crews go further because a buildout justifies the travel. A statewide residential promise would not survive its first warranty call, so we do not make it. See residential service areas .
