In a new build
Floors we install
- Carpet Bedrooms, stairs, and basements. Power-stretched, with seams planned before anything is cut.
- Luxury vinyl Main floors and slab-on-grade. Flattened to spec before the first plank goes down.
- Hardwood Above-grade upgrades. Acclimated in the room and moisture tested before it is nailed.
- Tile Entries, baths, and kitchens. Deflection and waterproofing are checked before the first tile is set.
For builders
Flooring at the end of the schedule
Flooring lands after the other trades, and it still gets asked to hit the original date. Tell us the real sequence and we will tell you whether the date works before it is written into the schedule.
Slab moisture gets tested before we mobilise, not on install morning. A slab that fails that day costs the build a week. Subfloor prep is part of the install, not an extra we discover after the floor is down.
For homeowners
Your spec, or help choosing
If the builder or a showroom has already specified the product, bring the spec sheet and we will install it. If the floor is still an open choice, tell us what the room does and we will narrow it to a few products that fit the house.
The same crew can run carpet, vinyl, hardwood, and tile, so the transitions between them are planned instead of left to whoever shows up last.

New homes from Logan to Nephi
Residential new construction runs the I-15 corridor from Logan to Nephi, out of Murray. Salt Lake County is home base. If the floor needs attention after move-in, we are close enough to come back.

Tenant work goes further
Commercial buildouts, multifamily, and warehouse floors travel statewide. That work has its own page, because a job site in St. George is a different promise than a new house in Sandy.
