Move-In and Move-Out Carpet Cleaning

Empty rooms clean best. Moving day is the right moment to do it properly.

After the movers, before the walk-through

Moving is the one time every room is empty. No furniture to work around, nothing to dry under, and every traffic lane in the house easy to reach.

Getting the deposit back

Many leases ask for professional carpet cleaning at move-out. You get a dated invoice that says what was cleaned, which is what most landlords and property managers want to see.

Moving in

Cleaning before your furniture arrives means the previous owner's pets, spills, and traffic lanes are gone, not hidden under your couch.

Landlords and property managers

We clean between tenants. If a unit needs more than a clean, the same crew does carpet repair and replacement, so one call covers the turnover.

Book it in the right order

Painters and other trades first, carpet cleaning last: ideally the day before the walk-through or the moving truck.

Questions we get asked

How far ahead should I book?

Call as soon as you know your move date. Month ends are the busiest days of the month.

Can you clean after we have already moved out?

Yes. Leave us a way in, or meet us at the start and leave us to it.

Does my lease require professional cleaning?

Check the lease. Where it names a method, it is usually hot water extraction, which is what we do.

Can you handle pet odor before we list the house?

Yes. Pet odor is one of the first things buyers notice. See pet stain and odor removal.
